Contemporary Classes
Class begins with weight sensing and tipping points, to fall and maximise that moment of gravitational momentum.
Movement pathways are created by the swing of the limbs, becoming more complex yet coordinated with accuracy and speed,
a form that comes from sensing the freedom of each limb.
These sensations are intensified as class progresses, dynamically shifting to finding the bodies power and strength,
from fall and catch to drop and push, connecting the dropped weight of the pelvis with the push upward from the feet, toward elevation.
